Delivery Policies


What to Expect on Delivery
Customers requesting daytime delivery can expect us to arrive between 8:00am and 4:00pm; evening deliveries can be expected between 5:00pm and 9:00pm. Additionally, our delivery team will call you 30 minutes prior to arriving to your home. Approximate 3-hour time frames can be obtained after 4:00pm the day prior to delivery by calling (614)345-0200 or any store location. Customers receiving SAME day delivery can expect delivery in the evening as well.

 

Mattress Disposal.
We deliver new upholstered products and sleep sets on our truck and we want to insure the sanitary safety of these products for our customers, therefore, we are unable to remove bedding from homes. However, our delivery team will move the old set to the curb or garage depending on your refuse pickup arrangements with a signed waiver of liability.

 

 


In preparation for the delivery of your new bedroom, we ask that you do the following:




If for any reason you are unable to accept delivery on a previously scheduled day, please call your store to arrange another delivery date.

  • Make payment of any unpaid cash balances due; bank card payments can be made over the telephone or at our store.
  • Clear all pathways
  • Remove existing furniture to be replaced
  • Remove all breakable items in the delivery path.
  • Protect family pets, as doors will be open during delivery
